The 45,000 sq. ft. premier environmental sciences research and classroom facility was the first LEED Platinum research building in the United States. This project included radiant chilled beams, radiant panel heating, underground evaporative chilled water storage, displacement ventilation, laboratory exhaust heat recovery, rain water collection and building automation.
