RHP has a written safety plan. We hold on-site safety meetings with field supervisors as needed and conduct project safety inspections monthly. Drug testing is performed pre-hire, randomly, if there is reasonable suspicion and post accident. Each week RHP also holds an Employee Toolbox Meeting.
