The Building Automation Systems (BAS) Group of the Mechanical Service Division are certified installers for the application and programming of integrated control comfort systems: HVAC equipment, integral unit controllers and building management designed and commissioned for your application. Integrated control systems are not just limited to HVAC and lighting, but can also encompass process control, electrical meter reports, water consumption, weather data reports, generator test schedules, alarm routing and demand limits.
